Before real estate I spent years selling cars here in St. John's and helped more than 500 people drive home in something they were happy with. What I learned: people don't want a pitch. They want someone who explains things plainly, answers the phone, and handles the paperwork so it doesn't land on them.
I'm bringing that to homes. A lot of the people I've worked with are newcomers to Canada or buying for the first time, so I take the time to explain how things work here, from pre-approval to closing day, and I never assume you already know.
